A berry-licious recipe - you've got to try it!
We recommend thawing your smoothie in the fridge for a few hours until it's around 70% defrosted to get the right consistency for this recipe.
For 1 serving, you will need:
- 1 x 330ml bottle of our Beetroot & Berry Smoothie
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1/2 cup of greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
For the toppings:
- A few extra fresh or frozen berries
- Shredded unsweetened coconut
- Sunflower seeds
- Chia seeds
Instructions:
Add all of the main ingredients with our Beetroot & Berry smoothie to a blender and blend until creamy & smooth. Sprinkle with your chosen toppings and there you have it: a very berry smoothie bowl!
